We are looking for an Operation Engineer to support our team. The work has to be executed in various locations at Taiwan's west coast according to the projects. It will be a full-time permanent employment contract. Start at the earliest possible date. 

我們擬聘僱一名營運工程師加入本公司運維團隊。 工作地點依專案規劃至台灣西海岸各地執行。 本項工作為全職的長期僱傭合約。 希望儘早到職。

所需資格 / Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a comparable field
• experience in HV/MV grid operations, preferably in offshore wind
• Sound knowledge of SCADA systems and grid communication protocols
• Familiarity with switching operations under TSO regulations
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, especially under pressure
• Willingness to work in shifts and participate in offshore assignments as required
• Fluent in English
• Driver license and readiness to travel 

工作內容 / Your Tasks

• Execute and approve HV/MV switching operations including planning, documentation, and safety compliance
• Analyze alarms and faults; initiate remote troubleshooting and preventive actions
• Coordinate grid operations with WTG contractors, TSO, and internal Offshore Control Centers in Germany and Taiwan
• Manage curtailments, emergency shutdowns, outages, and associated notifications
• Submit or approve Permits to Work and enforce Electrical Safety Rules
• Maintain operational databases and support Safe System of Work procedures
• Provide technical support to field teams; participate in offshore interventions when required
