We are looking for a Team Lead to support our team. 
According to the projects, The work must be executed in various locations at Taiwan's west coast.
It will be a full-time permanent employment contract.

我們擬聘僱一名技術工程指導加入本公司運維團隊。 工作地點依專案規劃至台灣西海岸各地執行。 本項工作為全職的長期僱傭合約。 

所需資格 / Requirements

• Electrical Engineering bachelor or master degree and having electrician relevant license level B, C(電機相關技術士), Electrical engineer license(電機技師) or extra HV switching authorization certificate as an advantage
• 電機工程學士或碩士，以及擁有乙、丙級電機相關證照 (電機相關技術士)、電機工程師證照 (電機技師) 或超高壓開關許可證者尤佳

• Available to work offshore
• 需出海作業

• WTG commissioning and service experience
• 具備風機維修試車經驗尤佳

• Excellent English and Mandarin skills in written and spoken
• 優異的英語及華語說寫能力

• Driver license and readiness to travel
• 持有駕照且願意出差

工作內容 / Your Tasks

·         Maintenance of onshore and offshore wind turbines, offshore turbine foundations, substations, and other related power generation system.

·         維修保養陸域及離岸海上風機及其基礎設備、變電站及其他相關電力系統。

·         Execution of maintenance and repair measures on electronic system, hydraulic systems and mechanical engineering components in the field of controlling technology and under related regulation.

·         於工程技術管控範疇，依據相關法規，針對電子系統、液壓系統和機械工程零組件及部分進行保養與維修等。

·         Completion of all relevant paperwork, including work orders, checklists, service reports, etc.

·         完成所有相關文書工作，包括指定之工作項目、檢查清單及維修保養作業報告等。

·         Organizational and technical management of the service team

·         服務團隊的組織與技術管理。

·         Responsible for the seamless running of the service operation

·         負責服務營運之無縫運行。

·         Checking the completeness of the material

·         檢查材物料的完整性。

·         Feedback to site manager on material requirements

·         向駐站經理回報所需之材物料需求。

·         Checking that the work instructions and the tools are complete

·         檢查工作指導書和工具是否齊全。

·         Responsible for the quality of the work carried out and for leaving the service location clean and tidy

·         負責所執行工作的品質並保持服務地點乾淨整潔。

·         Recording any incidents during the service assignments

·         記錄在服務任務期間發生的任何事件。

·         Participation in daily toolbox talks and debriefings with the site manager

·         參與駐站經理日常工具箱會談和報告。

·         Conducting briefings immediately before the start of the activity with the service team to be led

·         在活動開始前向所領導的服務團隊進行簡報。

·         Responsible for compliance with HSE regulations during the service assignment

·         負責在服務任務期間遵守 HSE 法規。

·         Direct contact person for the site manager

·         駐站經理的直接聯絡人。

·         Responsible for standard communication with control center/CTV/MCC/Site Manager during the service assignment

·         負責在服務執行期間與控制中心/CTV/MCC/駐站經理進行通訊聯繫。

·         Obtaining feedback from the service team and passing it on to the site manager/project manager

·         向服務團隊獲取回饋並將其傳遞給駐站經理。
