Most of our clients operate large-scale Enercon®, Vestas® and Senvion® wind turbines. Cooperation and knowledge sharing within the international Deutsche Windtechnik Group are central to how we work. Our head office is located in Utrecht (The Netherlands). We operate service stations in Yerseke and IJmuiden, and we are currently expanding our presence in Belgium with new warehouse location Waregem.
To support our growing operations in Belgium, we are looking for experienced Wind Turbine Service Technicians with Enercon® Vestas® or Senvion® turbine experience. Who are living in the area of Liège, Charleloi or Waregem.

As a Wind Turbine Service Technician, you are responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of Enercon®, Vestas® or Senvion® wind turbines at various wind parks. Your work covers mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and converter systems and plays a key role in keeping turbines safe, reliable and operational.
Your tasks
As a wind turbine technician, you are responsible for the following:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines according to Deutsche Windtechnik procedures;
- Work closely with fellow technicians, always ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations;
- Replace major turbine components such as generators and blades;
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems;
- Support site operations including inspections, failure diagnostics and root cause analyses;
- Ensure overall system safety and compliance;
- Complete all required documentation, including work orders, checklists and permits;
- Report all work activities, incidents and occurrences in line with Deutsche Windtechnik HSE policies;
- Participate in on-call duty during weekends and holidays;
- Comply with customer site rules and procedures.
Your profile
- A relevant mid-level electrical qualification (MBO level 3 or 4, or equivalent through experience);
- Ideally at least 3 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment (e.g. wind farms, power stations, industrial plants);
- Proven experience with low and high voltage systems;
- Certified in BA4 / BA5 or Dutch NEN 3140 / NEN 3840;
- Good command of the English language, spoken and written;
- Strong awareness of safety, health and environmental standards;
- Valid driving licence;
- Comfortable working with laptops and standard MS software;
- Physically fit to work at heights and in confined spaces;
- Practical, solution-oriented and hands-on mindset;
- Flexible and willing to travel and work at different locations and times;
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude;
- A true team player;
- Living in or within a 40 km radius of Liège, Charleloi or Waregem.

- A competitive salary: between €3,500 and €4,500 gross per month;
- A Belgian contract (PC 209 White-collar worker);
- 20 days of holiday + 5 extra days;
- 12 ADV days;
- Holiday pay: 92% of your monthly salary;
