We are looking for two Site Managers to support our team. 
According to the projects, the work must be executed in various locations on Taiwan's west coast.
It will be a full-time permanent employment contract.

我們擬聘僱兩名駐站經理加入本公司運維團隊。 工作地點依專案規劃至台灣西海岸各地執行。 本項工作為全職的長期僱傭合約。 

所需資格 / Requirements

• Completed a degree in electrical engineering or other similar electrical background

• 電機工程或相關電機專業本科及以上學歷

• At least 3-5 years of substation Site Management working experience, ideally in the wind energy or maritime sector

• 至少3-5年變電站現場管理工作經驗，風能或海事領域經驗者優先

• Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style

• 獨立、條理清晰、以結果為導向的工作方式

• Willingness to travel, ability to work at heights, and physical fitness for offshore/ onshore site validations (Time/days not definable. Mainly at the start of new projects/ tasks)

• 願意出差，具備高空作業能力，身體健康，能夠勝任海上/陸上現場驗證工作（時間/天數不定，主要在新專案/任務啟動初期）

• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin skills

• 優秀的英語和中文書面及口語能力

•  Confident use of common Microsoft Office programs

• 熟練使用微軟辦公室軟體

• TW car driving license

• 持有台灣汽車駕駛執照

• A local Taiwanese candidate is preferable

• 台灣本地人才優先考慮

• Valid GWO BST, preferably

 持有有效的GWO BST證書者優先考慮

• Valid OEUk, preferably

• 持有有效的OEUk證書者優先考慮

工作內容 / Your Tasks

• Responsible for the organization and process of service and maintenance operations for Offshore and Onshore Substations in principle, as well as wind turbines and sub-operation as required.
•  負責組織管理專案風機及變電站之相關操作服務和維護保養。

•  Organization and implementation of repair measures on electronic and hydraulic systems, mechanical engineering components, and in the field of technology control and regulation in compliance with the client’s requirements
•  於相關法規規定下，根據客戶指示及要求進行組織及操作相關電子系統、液壓系統、機械工程零組件之維修保養措施。

•  Team management on site
•  專案團隊之現場管理。

•  Communication and coordination with the project management, clients, service teams, external services, subcontractors, and material suppliers
•  與專案管理、客戶、服務團隊、外部服務、下包商和材料供應商的溝通和協調。

•  Review and communicate material and tool availability to perform service work.
•  與現場團隊檢查並溝通專案服務工作執行之所需材料及工具。

•  Review and document daily work progress of service activities managed by the site. 
•  檢視並記錄現場管理的服務活動之日常工作進度。

•  Execution of the daily toolbox talks, incl. documentation.
•  執行每日工具箱會議，包括相關會議文件製作及歸檔。

•  Documentation of the project progress in close cooperation with the project manager and Chief Engineer, and Lead Operation Engineer.
•  與專案經理密切合作記錄專案進度。

•  Ensure the proper handover between the site manager shifts.
•  確保駐站經理輪班之間之待辦事項完整交接。
