Our clients operate large-scale Enercon, Vestas and Senvion turbines. Thanks to our international network, you’ll work closely with colleagues across borders, share knowledge, and keep developing yourself.
As a Wind Turbine Service Technician, you ensure turbines keep running safely and efficiently. You work on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and converter systems, no two days are the same.

Your tasks
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines;
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues;
- Support inspections, failure diagnostics and root cause analyses;
- Work closely with fellow technicians, always ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations;
- Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations;
- Complete documentation such as work orders, checklists and permits;
- Report activities and incidents according to HSE procedures;
- Participate in on-call rotations (weekends and holidays);
- Follow site-specific rules and customer procedures.
Your profile
- MBO level 3/4 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent through experience);
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance (wind, energy or similar);
- Experience with low and high voltage systems;
- Certification BA4/BA5 or NEN 3140 / NEN 3840 (or willing to obtain);
- Good command of English;
- Strong safety awareness (HSE mindset);
- Driving licence (B);
- Comfortable working with laptops and MS Office;
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights;
- Practical, hands-on and solution-oriented;
- Flexible and willing to travel between sites;
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset;
- Living within 40 km of Liège, Charleroi or Waregem.

- Salary between € 3,500 and € 4,800 gross per month;
- Belgian contract (PC 209 – employee status);
- 20 holidays + 5 additional days;
