We are looking for a Office Assistant to support our team. The regular work location will be in Taipei. This position will start as a permanent employment contract with an average of 40 working hours per week (Mo-Fr), 8 hours per day. Start at the earliest possible date. 

我們擬聘僱一名辦公室行政助理,負責支援台灣團隊。工作地點為台北市。本項工作為長期僱傭合約,每週工時 40 小時 (週一至週五) 且每日工時 8 小時。希望可盡早到職。

主要協助人資及辦公行政相關事務

Primarily responsible for supporting HR and office administration-related tasks.

    更新員工介紹表

Update the Employee Introduction 

    職缺翻譯與上傳

Job advertisement translation and upload

    管理職缺及面試安排

Manage the Job ad. and arrange the interview

    員工月結相關檔案整理及上傳

Monthly closing sheets uploading

    工時表上傳至

Power BI Time sheets upload to Power BI

    假單管理:包含審核/註記至OSD/通知相關人員/存檔並更新假單管理名冊Leave application managementCheck / set up OSD / send notification to related parties / save to SP and update the leave lists

    公司內部活動規劃與執行

Internal event arrangements

    家庭日主辦/年度員工活動協辦/年終聚餐協辦/協辦年度員工頒獎相關事宜Responsible for Family Day /Support Team event, Year-end party and yearly award of employees

    內部教育訓練安排,包含AG5教材確認及時程安排(包含新人) 

AG5 internal training confirmation and arrangement(Including new employees)

    人員及辦公室與倉庫之鑰匙控管

Keys management

    寄送整理付款發票予事務所

Original invoices organize and send to CPA

    與業務部門合力主辦台北能源展及其他展覽之協助

Cooperate with Sales team of Energy Taiwan and support other events if necessary

    支援其他主管交辦事項

Support ad hoc tasks assigned by management

·    Qualifications 所需資格

l  Independent, structured, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage complex requirements, risks, and costs within established timelines.

能獨立作業、具結構化思維並以結果為導向,能在時程內管理交辦事項。

l  Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate confidently and efficiently with cross departments.

具優秀英文聽說讀寫能力,能自信且有效率地與跨部門溝通。

l  Proficient user of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.).

熟悉 Microsoft Office(如 ExcelWordPowerPoint等)操作。

l  Able to quickly adapt to changing company’s requirements and priorities; open to business travel as required

l  Preference for local Taiwanese candidates.
