We are looking for a Procurement Manager to support our team. The regular work location will be in Taipei. This position will start as a permanent employment contract with an average of 40 working hours per week (Mo-Fr), 8 hours per day(10:00-19:00). Start at the earliest possible date. 

我們擬聘僱一名採購經理,負責支援台灣團隊。工作地點為台北市。本項工作為長期僱傭合約,每週工時 40 小時 (週一至週五) 且每日工時 8 小時(10:00-19:00)。希望可盡早到職。

·    Tasks/Description  工作內容

 

Oversee and manage end-to-end procurement activities for materials, equipment, and external services in compliance with company policies and procedures.
全面負責物料、設備及外包服務之採購作業,確保符合公司政策與流程。
Lead vendor sourcing and evaluation, including obtaining quotations and assessing pricing, quality, delivery terms, and commercial conditions.
主導供應商開發與評選,包含報價取得及價格、品質、交期與商業條件之評估。
Manage and create procurement processes, including issuing RFQs, POs, and overseeing order confirmations and delivery schedules.
管理及建立採購流程,包含發出採購需求(RFQ)、採購訂單(PO),並掌控訂單確認與交貨時程。
Monitor order execution and delivery performance, ensuring timely fulfillment and effective coordination with internal stakeholders.
監督訂單執行與交貨績效,確保準時交付,並與內部單位保持有效溝通。
Maintain and govern procurement records and systems, including supplier databases and product catalogs.
管理與維護採購相關資料與系統,包括供應商資料庫與產品目錄。
Take ownership of procurement-related contract negotiation and management, ensuring contractual compliance and risk control.
全權負責採購相關合約之談判與管理,確保合約遵循並控管風險。
Partner with internal departments to understand procurement needs, technical specifications, and business requirements.
與內部單位協作,掌握採購需求、技術規格及業務目標。
Handle and resolve supplier-related issues, including delivery delays, quality concerns, and invoicing discrepancies.
主責處理供應商交期、品質及發票等相關問題。
Develop, implement, and continuously improve procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.
規劃、建立並持續優化採購政策、流程與最佳實務。
Prepare procurement reports and perform budget monitoring and cost analysis to support management decision-making.
編製採購報告,執行預算控管與成本分析,支援管理決策。
Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supply continuity.
規劃並執行採購策略,以優化成本、品質與供應穩定性。
Manage key suppliers and establish long-term partnerships to ensure performance and reliability.
管理關鍵供應商並建立長期合作關係,確保供應績效與穩定性。
Identify and mitigate procurement and supply chain risks, including single-source dependencies.
辨識並降低採購及供應鏈風險,包括單一供應來源風險。
Ensure procurement activities comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and applicable regulations.
確保採購作業符合內控制度、稽核要求及相關法規。
Provide procurement support for projects, including contract and commercial input during project execution.
於專案執行期間提供採購、合約及商業條件相關支援。
Analyze procurement data to identify improvement opportunities and enhance process efficiency.
分析採購數據,提出流程改善與效率提升建議。
Establish procurement governance and frameworks to support future organizational growth.
建立採購治理架構與制度,支援組織未來成長。

·    Qualifications 所需資格

 

·    Proven administrative support, preferably in a technical or offshore wind-related industry.

具備專案協調或行政支援相關經驗,具備技術或離岸風電的相關產業背景尤佳。

 

·    Strong organizational and communication skills.

良好的組織能力與溝通能力。

·     

·    Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

能同時處理多項任務並適應專案進度變化。

 

·    Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and SharePoint.

熟悉 Microsoft Office 工具與 SharePoint 操作。

 

·    Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

·    注重細節並具備良好的問題解決能力。

 

·    Language skills: Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

語言能力:具備英語與中文能力者佳。
